Work together

Clarity session

When the issue is hard to define and the next step is unclear.

Leaders can feel like a workplace or team issue is difficult to name, or that conversations are not leading to progress. This session is designed to help the leader or group understand what is actually happening and determine how to move forward.

This format is most useful when the issue is not yet fully understood. It is less useful when the goal is to confirm a predetermined decision. The outcome is a shared understanding of the situation, and a way to the next step.

Curated conversations

An elevated, facilitated conversation that leads to deeper and more nuanced understanding than a traditional conference panel.

This format works well for education sessions, conferences, and events with an audience. Participants are supported to engage constructively. Key points are reflected back and synthesized in real time, and with a practical lens.

Bespoke workshops & retreats

Custom learning experiences that examine the internal and interpersonal dynamics shaping decisions and relationships.

Each workshop or retreat is built around your specific need. Content is developed to reflect the realities of participants, while equal attention is given to how people arrive, how they stay present and engaged, and how the experience unfolds.

Topics may include:

  • Setting boundaries when expectations are high and roles are unclear

  • Creating psychological safety in environments where people are hesitant to speak openly

  • How perfectionism shapes accountability, learning, and decision-making

  • Supporting compassion for self and others without lowering standards

  • Working with discomfort instead of avoiding it in conversations and decisions

  • Repairing trust and working through tension after conflict

  • Noticing how interpretations and assumptions shape how situations are understood

  • Creating space between reaction and response in complex situations
